  4. Falloween on Parky’s Farm

    Thanks to the MMPA for planning another fantastic Falloween event. Primary and lower elementary students donned their Halloween costumes and headed out to Parky’s Farm for a day filled with animal experiences, a costume parade, and refreshments.  
  5. Mercy Celebrates Father Shappelle’s 90th Birthday.

    Students celebrated our beloved Father Shappelle at their October Mass. The Mass, prepared by Steve’s class and celebrated by Father Verbyke, was held in honor of Father Shappelle’s 90th birthday. As a gift, the children created a book called, The Many Hands of Mercy which included handprints and signatures of all the students in the school.     In October, Mercy Montessori’s lower elementary students were treated to a morning of reading with biology students from St. Ursula.   8. Mercy’s Mother/Son Dance

    Mercy Moms had handsome dates on their arms on September 20th at the annual Mother/Son Dance.   Music filled Mercy’s gym as moms and their sons enjoyed dancing, light snacks, and fun activities.  Special thanks to Beth Woeber and Paige Ellerman for coordinating the evening’s festivities!
